A longtime friend, Ernesto Moncada is the Illustrator for all the images currently on the website. Currently everything on the site are quick sketches he did over our initial conversations about the series. Ernesto is a fan of all-things comic. One of my favorite things about him is he has on his kitchen counter a well-crafted wooden book stand so he can study one page’s panel over many meals. Penciling and inking was one of the first skills he has taught himself. Since then he has learned stilt walking, stand-up comedy, performance art, and poetry. He is a busy man and I am glad he has made time for this project. As you can see from his desk, he is hard at work.
